About the event

Biomodal  provides the world’s first single-base-resolution sequencing technology that enables the simultaneous phased reading of genetic and epigenetic information in a single sample, with one workflow, using any sequencer

During this Lunch & Learn, Bodour Salhia, Ph.D will present on the Multi-omic analysis of CRC in Hispanic Latinos – platform comparisons

Chad Geringer will discuss how duet multiomics solution evoC  reveals the power of the 6-base genome in one workflow. The combinatorial genetic and epigenetic technology provides single-base-resolution sequencing data that reveals standard four-base sequencing (A, C, G, and T), and distinguishes between 5-methylcytosine (5mC) and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC).

This added resolution will allow greater power in detecting disease associations, identifying novel biomarkers, developing disease classifiers, and monitoring the progression of disease; even with limited samples such as cell-free DNA (cfDNA).

Lunch will be provided, please register below.
