Paweł is a commercial leader with over 10 years’ experience across the life sciences, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams across Europe. With a PhD in Molecular Biology, he combines deep scientific expertise with a strategic, results-focused approach to commercial execution.
Prior to joining Biomodal, Paweł held senior roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific (via Olink Proteomics), Metabolon, Advanced Cell Diagnostics, and LGC Genomics, consistently delivering strong regional growth. Most recently, he led sales across the Nordics and Benelux, building and managing a dynamic team while strengthening pipeline discipline and expanding strategic key accounts.
As Regional Head of Sales for EMEA, Paweł shapes commercial strategy across the region, working closely with customers to streamline workflows from sample preparation through to sequencing and data analysis. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and enabling researchers to adopt innovative technologies that accelerate meaningful scientific discovery.
