Dr. Emily Hodges, Associate Professor of Biochemistry at Vanderbilt University, will present “Tracking the Ups and Downs of Hydroxymethylation with 6-Base Sequencing,” sharing her lab’s work uncovering the dynamic role of 5-hydroxymethylcytosine in gene regulation.
Mark Consugar, Associate Director of Scientific Affairs at biomodal, will follow with “What Could You Be Missing? Enabling a Wholistic Understanding of Epigenetics and Genetics with biomodal’s Duet Multiomics Solution,” exploring how researchers can capture a more complete picture of biology from a single sample.
