About the event

Meet Us at the ctDNA Symposium 2026

We are pleased to announce that we will be attending the International Symposium on Circulating Tumor DNA in Cancer: From Biology to Clinical Practice and Beyond, taking place May 21–22, 2026, in Aarhus, Denmark.

The ctDNA Symposium brings together leading researchers, clinicians, and innovators to explore the latest advances in circulating tumor DNA—from technological and biological breakthroughs to clinical implementation and future directions.

Poster Presentation

At the symposium, Leonardo Motta will present a scientific poster titled:

“Single‑stranded ligation enhances the performance of the duet evoC 6‑base assay, enhancing value in low DNA input applications including liquid biopsy.”

The poster introduces an optimized single‑stranded ligation (SSL) duet evoC workflow for cfDNA, designed to maximize unique molecule recovery and preserve native fragment architecture in sample‑constrained settings such as liquid biopsy. By enabling simultaneous genetic and epigenetic profiling—including base‑resolved 5‑methylcytosine (5mC) and 5‑hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC)—this approach delivers improved sensitivity, specificity, and substantially lower limits of detection for ctDNA.
