About the event

Join biomodal for an engaging seminar led by Mark Consugar, Associate Director of Scientific Affairs, as we explore how the duet multiomics solution, evoC, unlocks the full capabilities of the 6‑base genome in a single workflow.

This session will demonstrate how evoC delivers single‑base‑resolution sequencing that not only detects the standard four bases (A, C, G, T) but also distinguishes between 5‑methylcytosine (5mC) and 5‑hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC).

By integrating genetic and epigenetic information, evoC provides deeper biological insight—empowering researchers to:

  • Detect disease‑associated signals with greater confidence
  • Identify novel biomarkers
  • Develop more accurate disease classifiers
  • Monitor disease progression, even from limited materials such as cell‑free DNA (cfDNA)
