Mr. Ostadan was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Seer until 2022.
Omead spent the previous 13 years at Illumina where he helped build Illumina’s leading position in the genomics space while serving a wide range of executive roles, culminating with his role as Chief Product and Marketing Officer. He joined Illumina in 2007 as part of the company’s acquisition of Solexa Inc. where Mr Ostadan had served as Vice President of Marketing, driving the company’s product and commercial strategy.
Mr. Ostadan earned his BSc in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis, and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
